Thinking about updating your home’s exterior? Whether you’re repainting, installing a fence, or making other modifications, it’s important to get approval from the HOA first to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.
Why Do You Need ARC Approval?
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exists to maintain the aesthetic appeal and property values of our neighborhood. Any changes to the exterior of your home must align with our community’s standards to keep Landin Pointe looking great for everyone.
A well-maintained community is the result of thoughtful planning and responsible homeowners working together.
What Types of Changes Require Approval?
✔ Painting your home’s exterior
✔ Installing or replacing a fence
✔ Adding a shed or outbuilding
✔ Major landscaping projects
✔ Installing new roofing materials
✔ Changing driveway or sidewalk designs
If you’re planning any of these changes, you must submit an ARC Request Form before beginning work to avoid potential fines or having to undo unapproved modifications.
