At Landin Pointe, we take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. A big part of that is ensuring that our streets remain clear and accessible, while also adhering to parking rules that help keep traffic moving smoothly. Here are some important parking and street safety reminders to help maintain a safe and pleasant neighborhood for everyone:
Street Parking is Not Permitted
To keep our streets clear and prevent traffic congestion, street parking is not permitted. Please ensure that your vehicles are parked in your driveway or garage at all times. If you have guests visiting, kindly remind them to park in your driveway or designated guest parking areas, rather than on the street.
Overnight Street Parking is Prohibited
Overnight street parking is strictly prohibited, as it can impede emergency vehicle access and create hazards for drivers and pedestrians. Any vehicles found parked on the street overnight will be subject to fines. Please make sure your vehicles are parked properly and encourage your guests to do the same.
Be Mindful of Traffic Safety
When driving through Landin Pointe, please be cautious, especially around children and pets. Keep in mind that many of our streets are narrow, so slow down and watch for pedestrians walking along the streets. Respect all stop signs and traffic signals to help prevent accidents.
Safe streets and clear parking spaces make Landin Pointe a community where everyone can thrive.
Parking Enforcement and Fines
The HOA will enforce parking rules to ensure the safety and accessibility of our community. Please be aware that fines may be issued for violations, including overnight street parking, blocking driveways, or parking in non-designated areas.

By following these simple parking and street safety guidelines, we can all contribute to a safer and more enjoyable environment for everyone in Landin Pointe. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our neighborhood accessible, safe, and beautiful!
For any questions or concerns about parking, please reach out to the HOA. Let’s work together to ensure Landin Pointe remains a great place to live!
