Keep Landin Pointe Clean: Pick Up After Your Pets

Share

Landin Pointe is a wonderful community where we all take pride in maintaining clean and well-kept streets, sidewalks, and common areas. A big part of that responsibility includes cleaning up after our pets. While most pet owners are respectful and considerate, we’ve noticed an ongoing issue with pet waste being left behind in yards, sidewalks, and shared spaces.

Why It Matters

Leaving pet waste behind is more than just an eyesore—it’s a health hazard. Pet waste contains bacteria and parasites that can be harmful to both humans and other animals. It can also contaminate local waterways when washed away by rain. Not to mention, stepping in it is never a pleasant experience for anyone!

A responsible pet owner leaves only paw prints behind—pick up after your dog to keep Landin Pointe clean!

Community Expectations

To keep our neighborhood clean and enjoyable for everyone, please pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of the waste properly. Whether you’re walking your dog around the neighborhood or letting them out in your yard, it is your responsibility to clean up after them.

Reporting Violations

To help enforce this rule and ensure accountability, we encourage residents to report individuals who fail to clean up after their pets. If you witness someone not picking up after their dog, you can report it by emailing the HOA at [email protected]. If you have Ring, Nest, or any other video footage showing the violation, please include it in your report. This will help us identify repeat offenders and issue fines accordingly.

Let’s Work Together

By being responsible pet owners, we help keep Landin Pointe a beautiful and welcoming place for all. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean and safe!

For any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the HOA. Let’s all do our part—one clean sidewalk at a time!
