We’d like to invite all Landin Pointe residents to our upcoming HOA Virtual Meeting on Saturday, September 27th at 12pm. This is a great opportunity to stay connected, share feedback, and help shape the direction of our community.

- HOA Covenant & Community Guidelines – Review of key points to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Street Parking & Driveway Extensions – Addressing concerns and possible solutions.
- Property Maintenance & Lawn Care – Keeping our neighborhood beautiful and well-kept.
- Pet Etiquette – Friendly reminder about picking up after dogs.
HOA Website Updates
- Website Content – Looking for volunteers to help add updates and keep the site fresh.
- Community Business Owners Page – A place to showcase and support local business owners within Landin Pointe.
- Community Accomplishments Page – Celebrating milestones and achievements of our residents.
Halloween Community Haunt Event
- Volunteers Needed – Help plan and execute our upcoming Halloween event.
- Planning Text Thread – We’ll be setting up a group chat to coordinate.
- Food Trucks – Discussion on bringing in local food vendors.
- Candy Distribution – Candy will be handed out at the end of the trail for kids.
- Music & Entertainment – Possible DJ and music in the cul-de-sac to set the spooky vibe.
This meeting will cover both important community guidelines and some fun, exciting plans for our neighborhood. Your input matters, and we encourage every homeowner to join in.
